We typically respond to customer inquiries within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Finding Books

Looking for a specific title? Use the search bar located in the upper right-hand corner of the site. 

 

For Spanish-speaking customers, you can change the website language using the dropdown menu in the same top-right corner.

Ordering Status

To check the status of your order:

  1. Log in to your customer account (created during checkout at the time of your first purchase).

  2. Navigate to the Order History section for updates.

 

If you need help accessing your account, please contact us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Social Media

At Deeply Rooted Books, we welcome your participation on our social media platforms. We encourage thoughtful discussion, sharing, and engagement with our content and community.

Please note that our social media channels are private platforms managed by Deeply Rooted Books, and not public forums. We reserve the right to remove any content that:

  • Is threatening, obscene, profane, or otherwise inappropriate

  • Violates intellectual property rights or privacy laws

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after successful order submission. This processing window allows time for payment verification, inventory retrieval, packaging, and shipment preparation.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address used at checkout. Tracking information is also available through your customer account.

 

Inventory Notices

We strive to keep all titles fully stocked. Inventory is updated daily. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified by email.

 

Once the item is restocked, you may return to the website to complete your purchase.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using either Media Mail or Priority Mail, as selected at checkout.

  • Media Mail orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary by location.

  • Priority Mail orders are guaranteed by USPS to arrive within 3 business days, with most arriving in 2 business days.

 

Tracking is provided for all shipments, regardless of shipping method.

Please note: Some books may ship directly from a distributor’s warehouse, particularly if the order does not require special handling (such as gift wrapping or author signatures). Shipping directly from a distributor does not affect shipping rates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Deeply Rooted Books strives to provide stellar customer service. We understand that returns or exchanges may be necessary from time to time.

General Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.

  • We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

  • Please email the return tracking number to orders@deeplyrootedbooks.com.

  • Deeply Rooted Books is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a missing, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

 

When reporting damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos in your email so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders requested by the customer are non-refundable.
