Deeply Rooted Books welcomes participation and encourages users to post, comment and interact with others on our social media platforms. Please note that the Deeply Rooted Books site is not a public forum. Deeply Rooted Books reserves the right to remove and disqualify any social media entries that is threatening, obscene, profane, and a violation of intellectual property rights or privacy laws, or otherwise injurious or illegal. Deeply Rooted Books also reserves the right to remove posts promoting commercial entities or containing solicitations.

By posting content to the Deeply Rooted Books social media platforms, you agree that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to that content, that your use of the content is protected fair use, that you will not knowingly provide misleading or false information, and that you hold the bookstore harmless for any claims resulting from the content.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped 3 to 5 business days after successful submission. This processing window allows time for payment processing, book retrieval, book packaging and shipment. The tracking number for each order is emailed to the purchaser once the items are shipped. Customers can also log into their account for order information.
Please note that we strive to keep all books fully stocked. Inventory is updated once daily. If an item is out of stock, notice will be given via email. Once the items are back in stock, notification will go out to the customer. The customer can then visit the website to purchase the restocked item.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders via the US Postal Service, via their media and priority rates.

Orders shipped via media rate are usually received within 5 to 7 business days. Arrival time depends on how far the order is being sent: Items sent within the DE/NJ/PA Tri-State area will typically arrive faster than items sent outside of this region.
​
Orders shipped via priority rate are guaranteed by the US Postal Service to arrive within 3 business days. Most arrive within 2 business days.
​
Tracking information for all orders, regardless of shipping method, is available and will be emailed once your order ships.
​
Books not on our shelves may be shipped to you directly from a distributor's warehouse, especially if your order doesn't have any special requirements, such as gift wrapping or an authors signature. Shipping directly from a warehouse does not affect shipping rates.

Return & Exchange Policy
Deeply Rooted Books strives to provide stellar customer service. We understand that returns are needed at times.

The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping for all returns and/or exchanges. We recommend that you return your items using an insured and traceable method. Please provide the tracking number to our Customer Service team at orders@deeplyrootedbooks.com. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
For orders that have a missing, incorrect, or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 5 days of order delivery (based on tracking number delivery date). For incorrect or damaged items, please include photos of the items in your email. We desire to address and resolve concerns expediently.

Please note that Custom orders requested by the customer will not be refunded.
